These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Howl Big ("we," "us," or "our"). By joining our waitlist, visiting our website, or using our app, you agree to these Terms.

What Howl Big is (and isn't)

Howl Big provides statistical growth estimates and AI-generated images for information and entertainment only. It is not veterinary advice, and it isn't a substitute for the judgment of a qualified veterinarian. If you have concerns about your puppy's growth or well-being, please talk to your vet.

Predictions are estimates, not guarantees

Our predictions describe what's typical for dogs with a similar breed, age, and starting size, based on real veterinary growth data. They're always shown as a range, and that range narrows as your puppy gets older and we have more information about them. Every puppy is an individual, and your dog's actual adult size may fall outside the predicted range.

Uploading photos

When you upload a photo, you confirm that it's a photo of your own pet, that it doesn't include any other people, and that you have the right to upload and use it. We crop every photo to your dog before any AI processing takes place. Please don't upload photos that include people, or photos you don't have the right to share.

AI-generated portraits and your licence

The grown-up portraits Howl Big generates are AI predictions, not real photographs — they're always labelled as such. We grant you a personal, non-commercial licence to use, save, and share the portraits generated from your own photos. Please don't present them as genuine, unedited photographs of an adult dog, or in any way that hides their AI-generated nature.

Subscriptions and billing

Howl Big is currently in pre-launch, and the only thing you can sign up for today is our email waitlist — no payment is required or collected. Once subscriptions launch, they'll be billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play at the price shown at the time of purchase, and you can cancel anytime through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled according to Apple's and Google's own refund policies, not by us directly.

Acceptable use

By using Howl Big, you agree not to:

Upload photos of people, or content you don't own or have the rights to use
Use Howl Big to harass, impersonate, or deceive others
Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service
Present an AI-generated portrait as a real, unedited photograph

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Howl Big for anyone who violates these Terms, misuses the service, or uploads content that isn't theirs to share. You can stop using Howl Big and delete your data at any time — see our Privacy Policy for how.

Limitation of liability

Howl Big is provided "as is." Predictions and AI-generated images are estimates for information and entertainment, and we don't guarantee their accuracy for any individual dog. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Howl Big and its team aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction — to be completed], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as Howl Big evolves. If we make material changes, we'll do our reasonable best to let you know, such as by email or an in-app notice. Continuing to use Howl Big after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
